The rules for using Ishara Astrology. Please read them before you sign up or pay.
Ishara Astrology ("we", "us") is run by Amandeep Dullat, sole proprietor, operating as Ishara Astrology, Laxman Road, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. By using the website or app you agree to these terms.
Ishara gives astrology readings, daily guidance, matching reports, PDF reports and a chat with our guide "Narayan". Readings are made by software from your birth details, with help from AI models. They are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
You must be 18 or older. You must give true birth details about yourself, or about someone who agreed to it.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Paid plans are not on sale yet. Right now Ishara is free to use within the free allowance and we do not take any payments. If you join our VIP list, we will email you when paid plans open. The terms below apply once paid plans go on sale.
Some features are free. Others need a paid plan (Plus or Pro, monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase (question pack, PDF report, matching report). Prices are shown in Indian rupees and the price you see is the final price you pay, with no hidden charges. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Paid plans include a generous number of questions each month ("fair use"). We may slow down or limit use that looks automated, abusive or far beyond normal personal use.
The website, software, designs and reading texts belong to us or our licensors. You may keep and share your own readings and reports for personal, non-commercial use.
We work hard to make readings careful and accurate to your chart. But astrology is a matter of belief, and we do not promise any result, outcome or event. The service is provided "as is". It may sometimes be unavailable or have errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect losses. If we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Please contact our grievance officer first; most problems can be solved quickly.
