Ishara does not take any payments right now, so there is nothing to cancel or refund today. Joining the VIP list is free. This policy applies once paid plans go on sale.
Scope
This policy covers Plus and Pro plans (monthly and yearly), question packs, PDF reports and matching reports bought on Ishara.
Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel any time from your account, in a couple of taps. No calls or emails needed.
- After you cancel, you will not be charged again. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund eligibility
- Monthly plans: no refund for the part of a month you did not use, because you keep access until the month ends.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 7 days, you keep access until the year ends, with no further charges.
- Question packs: full refund within 7 days if you have not used any questions from the pack.
- PDF and matching reports: if a report fails to generate, you are not charged (or we refund you automatically). Once a report has been delivered, it cannot be refunded, but if it is wrong or broken we will fix it or refund you.
- Payment problems: if you were charged twice, or charged but did not get what you paid for, we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approval. It usually reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email support@isharaastrology.com from your account email within 30 days of the payment. Include the date and amount, or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and are final. There are no hidden charges.
Payment processor
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
